1. What types of products do you sell?
We offer a variety of beautiful accessories, including necklaces, and rings, carefully crafted to complement your personal style.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently only accept PayPal for all orders. It’s a secure and convenient way to make payments using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or credit/debit card.
3. How long does order processing take?
Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details.
4. How long will delivery take?
Standard Shipping: 10–15 business days
Express Shipping: 5–10 business days
(Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs clearance.)
5. Which areas do you ship to?
We ship worldwide, except for P.O. boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), and certain restricted countries.
6. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, we accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Please note: Earrings and custom-made items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
